Problem
Fuel station operations were fragmented across paper shift registers, standalone point-of-sale devices, and manual credit tracking, making it difficult to reconcile sales, stock, and cash at the end of each shift.
Approach
We mapped the full shift lifecycle — from opening meter readings to closing reconciliation — and designed a data model that ties sales, stock, and payments together at the transaction level rather than reconciling them after the fact.
Solution
A centralized platform now manages pumps, tanks, shifts, payments, and customer credit in one system, with automatic reconciliation replacing manual end-of-shift tallying.
